Though I am quite a picky eater, I cook a variety of food from the student fare to rather fancy fare. What all my cooking and baking has in common is a lack of measuring devices. Hence the name of this blog, Cooking without Measure. You will not find recipes with exact measurements but rather recipes that survive inexact measurements/proportions. When possible I'll give you the original recipe I worked off but mostly, you'll just find pescetarian friendly food more or less improvised.
